Foresight. Innovation. Excellence.

AfriFinance LLC is an entrepreneurial boutique that provides corporate development expertise. We have advised firms ranging from foundations to Amex, GE, banks, and the Central Bank of Nigeria.

Our Corporate Development Advisory work focuses on financial services. We collaborate with financial institutions to commercialize our own IP, and also help clients to identify, create, and defend new revenue streams. We do so through insights, analyses, innovations, taking ideas from conceptualization to implementation, and developing new businesses. There are now over 35 issued U.S. patents (additional 50+ pending) in which we are principal inventor and co-inventor with American Express.

Our Consulting Services ascertain the business case for prospective ventures. We also advise firms and investors on African banking and healthcare opportunities. We help answer fundamental questions through general industry analyses, evaluating and sizing potential opportunities, researching projects and markets, managing programs, testing business models, and helping to identify and assess possible partners.

We continue where McKinsey, etc., leave off, and provide McKinsey and Goldman quality - minus the sticker shock.
